Auto-match now supports flexible distance filtering, including minimum distance settings and the ability to disable distance filtering altogether.

What’s New?

The Auto-Match service has been updated to allow users to set both minimum and maximum distance filters when matching candidates to jobs. Customers can now also disable distance filtering entirely by unchecking the Filter On Distance checkbox in the Job-based automation > Match Candidates step (within the settings drawer). Previously, only maximum distance filtering was available.

• Remote and Relocation-Friendly: Supports scenarios like remote roles and travel-based positions (e.g., travel nursing) where strict distance limits may not apply.

• Greater Precision: Enables better candidate-job alignment by allowing users to specify a desired minimum proximity or opt out of location-based filtering entirely.

• Improved Flexibility: Gives customers more control over their automation workflows, ensuring matches reflect real-world recruiting needs.

This update enhances the adaptability of Auto-Match, helping customers tailor job-to-candidate matching logic to suit both local and location-flexible hiring strategies.
